THE Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has set the cut off mark for the 2017/18 admission into universities in Nigeria at 120 marks.

The admission board similarly pegged entry qualifications benchmark into polytechnics, colleges of education and monotechnics at 100 marks.

Candidates seeking degree admission into colleges of education in Nigeria must equally possess 120 like their university counterparts.

This new cut-off mark was the fallout of the policy committee meeting the board had with stakeholders in education sector, Monday, in Abuja.
